Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of pallets can you recycle?

We recycle wood stringer and block pallets of all common sizes, mixed loads, and most plastic pallets. Repairable pallets are recovered; irreparable units are processed for material reuse.

Do pallets need to be in good condition?

No. We accept pallets in any condition, including broken units. Please remove excessive debris or contaminants so materials can be processed safely.

Do you offer pickup or just drop-off?

We provide both. You can schedule pickups, request a drop trailer for accumulation, or arrange a drop-off appointment at our facility.

Is there a minimum quantity for recycling pickups?

For most metro routes we prefer 50+ pallets for pickup. Smaller quantities can often be combined with nearby stops or delivered to our yard.

Can you provide recycling documentation?

Yes. We can issue weight/volume summaries, diversion reports, and recycling certificates so you can document landfill diversion and sustainability metrics.

How are pallets processed after collection?

Repairable pallets are refurbished and returned to circulation. Scrap wood is separated and processed into mulch, biomass fuel, or reclaimed lumber; nails and metal are recycled separately.

Do you accept mixed sizes and odd pallets?

Absolutely. We sort mixed loads, recover common sizes, and route odd sizes or severely damaged pallets to recycling streams.

How quickly can you schedule a pickup?

Most pickups can be scheduled within 24-48 hours in major Texas markets. Rush service is available when routing allows.

Can you place or swap trailers for ongoing recycling?

Yes. We can spot a trailer at your facility and schedule regular swaps so you always have space for scrap pallets.

Are there fees for recycling pallets?

Standard recyclable loads are picked up at no charge or with competitive core credits. Loads with heavy contamination, trash, or non-pallet materials may incur handling fees.
