Terms of Service

Referral Service Only

Texas Pallets is a referral service. We pass quote requests to partner suppliers in our network. We do not sell, buy, make, store, repair, or deliver pallets, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a partner supplier.

Partner Suppliers

Partner suppliers set their own prices, terms, delivery, warranties, and returns. Sending a request does not guarantee that a supplier will respond or that a product or service will be available.

No Warranty

This site and its information are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Information about pallets and regulations is general, and it may not be complete or current. Confirm details with your supplier and check current regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Texas Pallets is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using this site, or for any partner supplier's products, services, or conduct.
